Daddy arrives! (part 7)

I told myself I would have this finished before little brother arrives, and here we are (hopefully) hours before that happens.  That being said, please excuse the brevity of some of these posts!  I really want to get caught up TONIGHT!

Anyway, I digress....  so Daddy and Grandpa finally arrived in Idaho Falls.  Needless to say the kids (and Grandma and I!) were super excited to see them both.  They were both in need of a work break.  They arrived long after the kids were asleep, so we just took it easy the next day as Joel and I were headed out on our little vacation for a few days so we could be back in time to celebrate the 4th with everyone.

We headed out that morning to the river to feed the geese and ducks and to show Daddy our 'special treat' place (even though Daddy had been there long before either child came into this world!).  Daddy is a super goose chase and tried to teach L and C the art of scaring birds - but not the babies.  That's mean.

These birds however, didn't scare easily.  In fact, I've never been hissed at by a goose - much less MANY of them.  Little creepy.

Change of plans... these pictures are taking WAAAAAY too long to upload to Blogger for some reason right now.  So, I'll include the link and update another time.  No really, I will.
