We found out today that Baby Hill #3 is a BOY! We are super, super excited. The radiologist said everything looked great on the ultrasound. He was a busy body and didn't stay still for very long. The only thing I was a little sad about was that the hospital used to give videos (good ol' VHS tapes) of parts of the ultrasound. We could watch babies moving at home for several minutes at a time. This time, they just gave us a few pictures on a CD. Actually, she took some great ones for the doc and then said, 'oh, I forgot to make your cd.' So the ones we got home with weren't as good. Regardless, we were so thrilled to see our little guy and to know that he is growing and developing as he should. Thank you, Lord!
I love feeling him move around. I think that's what I'll miss the most as this is our final go-'round! There is just something indescribable about feeling your sweet baby move in your belly. Even better to see it! I have learned (through many heartaches with friends) never to take those little movements for granted. Truly a miracle in the making!
