Egg Hunt - Part 2

Our second hunt was with our Friday play group. We headed back to Claire's house for the festivities. Only this time, it was Joel's turn to dress up like the bunny! Karen didn't tell anyone else that we were even having a bunny, so it was a surprise to everyone. We rounded up the kids and told them to go inside as we had a surprise for them. Joel hopped into the backyard, and the kids all gathered around the big window to watch him hide the eggs. He was such a ham! He really did a great job. The bunny would hide behind trees and wave to the kids - it was really cute. Laney was mortified, of course, but Carter was a little more brave this time.

Afterwards, we headed to lunch with Michele and Jayson.

This is about as close as Carter would get. Laney was screaming anytime we would go near the bunny. Ironically, she was yelling for daddy!
